  • Out door training takes place on Nettlebed Recreation Ground every Tuesday and Thursday at 9.30 a.m. rain or shine!
  • Whether you are an experienced trainer or new to exercise, outdoor training is tailored to your fitness level. You can work as hard as you wish or if you choose to pace yourself then the sessions are flexible.
